Leadership Development Coaching
Shift(ed) Leadership offers 1:1 coaching for emerging leaders, new supervisors, and team leads, who want to lead with care, accountability, and integrity, especially while navigating new responsibility, power, and dynamics.
This work is grounded, relational, and practical. It’s not about perfect leadership. It’s about making intentional shifts that expand what leadership can be, for you and the people you lead.
I center BIPOC, queer, and trans leaders in my practice, and anyone committed to people-centered, values-aligned leadership.
